If you in any circumstances do not accept the terms, we highly discourage the use of our bot.
The Bot is operated by Realxeng.
2. Use of FLEX
You agree to use the Bot in compliance with:
- Discord’s Terms of Service
- Discord’s Community Guidelines
You may not:
- Abuse, exploit, or harm the Bot or its systems
- Use the Bot to harass, spam, or violate any law
- Attempt to reverse-engineer or modify the Bot
3. Data Collection and Privacy
The Bot may collect limited user data (such as Discord IDs, usernames, and message contents) only as necessary to provide its services.
Personal data (ex. Discord IDs and VATSIM CIDs) may be stored temporarily or until the user remove manually using the provided slash commands and is not shared with third parties (with exception to getting user info from VATSIM server).

4. Disclaimer
The Bot is provided “as is” and “as available.”
We make no guarantees regarding uptime, reliability, or data accuracy.
We are not liable for any damages arising from use of FLEX.
5. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or block access to the Bot at any time for any reason.
You may stop using FLEX bot at any time.
6. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time.
Continued use of FLEX after changes constitutes acceptance of the new updated Terms of Service.
